What a great morning on the way to the Hide very early came across my first Baby Lamb being born, I was far away but managed to get these pictures to share. After the mum had cleaned it the rest of the Mums went over to say Well Done.

12 March/The Hide
A few pictures form the Hide this evening, the light was fading so I bumped the ISO up to 1600. Considering it was dark the results are great. The little field vole came out to play and stayed out long enough for a few photos.
Tree Sparrow
Great news i have a pair of Tree Sparrows nest in one of my boxes at the back of the van. Hope they breed and i will update you on the progress.

Tawny Owl Nest Box
I have sighted 2 new nest boxes in the woods down near the Hide so no we have 5 Tawny Owl Nest Boxes up in the Goodenbergh Site. Lets hope they find them and use them.

Tree Sparrow
First Tree Sparrow using our nest boxes outside bedroom window. Smaller than a house sparrow and more active, with its tail almost permanently cocked. It has a chestnut brown head and nape (rather than grey), and white cheeks and collar with a contrasting black cheek spot. They are shyer than house sparrows in the UK… Read more »
