This evening i came back through the fields and heard a call that turned out to be a Redwing. Just a bit to far away for close shot.

First Roe Deer
Thank God it stopped raining, i walked down to the Hide this afternoon and came across a Young Roe Deer feeding on the other side of a fence on the track down past the stables. She spotted me just after i got some images.

Notice Feeding Bread to Ducks.
For anyone visiting the Pond when the Ducks arrive.Bread can make Ducks poorly and Rotting bread Pollutes and causes nasty surface algae. this can kill the fish if any are in the pond. It could also affect the rest of the small wildlife that lives in the pond.

As i was walking down to the Hide this afternoon 2 Common Buzzards flew over but sadly they were very high but i managed to get this shot.
Many Siskins turning up early.
What a start to the year the Siskins never turn up this early and so many. There all over the site male and female feeding on Niger and Sunflower Hearts.
