What a great year for the Goodenbergh Site.
Time has come to come back to Thornton but we have been here since 5th March this year. Thanks for buying my Carvings and i am thinking of new ideas for 2017. The Hide has a new roof on and i have new ideas to make it even better next year.
It has been a great year for the wildlife with 5 New Bird sightings down at the Hide. I am in the process of making 10 new Redstart Nest boxes for down at the Hide.
Thankyou to Frank for making me 2 Barn Owl Boxes and 2 Tawny Owl Boxes this year. I have sighted a Tawny Owl box in the woods near the Hide and i have set up a Trail Camera on Tuesday to see if anything gets interested in it.
All the Carvings i have sold will go towards the food for the Hide but if anyone would like to donate some seed it would be appreciated.
Again i will say thanks to Frank for making the Owl boxes, this would have cost hundreds of pounds. I still think we can make the site better for wildlife and i have so many ideas, but i cant think of everything so if you think of anything that can help, please tell me.
