The Blue tits have been busy feeding there young with a variety of food consisting of Insects and fat. I observed the bird from the bedroom window where i managed to get these close ups from 7am to 6pm.
Great news the Owls have not been seen for 3 weeks but one was spotted today in the Pine Trees near reception, she was in a good position for a photo.

First young Female Bullfinch to the feeding area today outside Birchwood.
First time that I have seen the young Greenfinch with the Adult bird feeding on sunflower seeds. There are 2 young that stay close to the adult, but today they came and joined in with the Bullfinch on the ground.

I have seen Roe Deer near the Hide for 3 days now. The young {Kids} are born May to June so if you see any lying in the grass leave well alone Mum leaves them and comes back to feed them Several times a day.

The Owls are active around the reception area in the large tall Pine Trees. The sun was shining early in the morning and one of the 2 Tawny Owl young was seen sitting on the edge of the pine tree. This is unusual as the Owl is mainly nocturnal.
