I am pleased to inform you that we have erected the 3rd Tawny Owl Box up in the woods next to Chestnut Crescent, that is 2 Boxes in the woods with a good 3oo metres between boxes. The 3rd box is is in the woods opposite the Cottages, one box has already got a Owl roosting in it and the one opposite the Cottages has Owl Pellets at the base of the Tree. After the Owls fledge they stay with the mother until August when they start to look for their own territory.
