Many birds have fledged or are about to fledge so this is a time for site members to keep an eye out for young birds that have fell out of the nest or wondered away from the adults. Simply place the bird in a safe area, under a shrub or back in long grass where the adults can find them.
The Wren, Song Thrush, Goldfinch, Blue Tits, Nuthatch have all fledged, the Song Thrush is on their second Brood and fledged on Sat 13 June. The Great Spotted Woodpecker is feeding young and the Great tit young fledged Tues 16 June.
